Copiers are an item that you might think are a dime a dozen and in most senses today this is completely true. The old styles of copies are rapidly going out of fashion and the new technology is surpassing us very quickly just to be outdated by the time we get the copiers out of the box. Color copiers have been around for decades though today the color copiers are fast and reliable as well as economical on the really expensive printer ink. Unfortunately it seemed that the price of the ink cartridge went up just in time for the amount of ink usage that was needed to reduce so unfortunately for us, the end consumer, we are still paying the same amount per gram though using less.
Color copiers come in a variety of shapes and including the cheap yet effective student or home version, the small business version and the large business color copiers that are designed for speed and reliability. Funny thing is that often you will see the out of order sign on the large office printer and copiers because often these larger businesses need more than one to cope with their work load.
Canon, Ricoh, Toshiba, Sharp and many more are making great color copiers with price and quality in mind. These larger companies are fully aware of the market and the economic slump so for demand to meet supply there had to be a reduction in the cost of these large scale copiers. The benefits are that now the businesses can afford to upgrade their old copiers to something that is more functional and user friendly plus they will also receive the benefits of better marketing through a more quality looking printed picture or document.
Reviews from companies that hold no stock in copier companies will tell us that most of the color copiers are of equal quality. There are printers with laser copying functions that are extremely rapid while other take up to 1 minute to copy 10 pages in color to a photographic detail. These are good qualities to look for when purchasing a color copier. The only cheaper versions would be going back to black and white.
